Zine is the Chief Executive Officer and owner of Lindamahle Management Systems a 100% female owned company that recognises the efforts of the government aimed at reducing unemployment particularly as they pertain to SMME, women and youth development initiatives. The company is also an accredited training service provider through MICTSETA and offers training in ICT programmes. Lindamahle Management Systems was the first black female owned South African company that was been signed as a partner to Google in a Digital Skills For Africa Drive/Project. Google is giving Digital Literacy Skills to African youth and SMMEs for free and Zine is driving this initiative in South Africa and is one of the few other female partners with Google in the whole of Africa. Lindamahle, her company is also accredited and registered as a Cisco Networking Academy offering ICT development skills to youth and women in South Africa. The company has also a working relationship with Microsoft, also offering their courses. As the whole world is talking digitization, Zine is ensuring that the youth and in particular women are not left behind as through Digital Skills For Africa her company is working in the rural provinces of South Africa to get those forgotten and impoverished women and youth the skills in ICT. Her company has been endorsed and supported by the Department of Telecommunications and Postal Services of South Africa, Department of Public Works and Universal Access Agency of South Africa as part of the Internet For All Drive. A formal launch was held on Friday 26 January 2018. The company is also in partnership with NeMisa driving the e-skilling initiatives. Zine is renowned for being the Ambassador and the Champion of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Zine has been appointed by the Minister of Communications and Postal Services as a Steering Committee Member of Stakeholder Forum on ICT Skills Development within Fourth Industrial Revolution.
Zine is very passionate about women development and youth she coaches and mentors them from all walks of life whilst she also gives talks locally and internationally in particular around women empowerment and SMME development. Zine believes investing in women’s economic empowerment sets a direct path towards gender equality, poverty eradication and inclusive economic growth. She has held various leadership roles amongst which she currently is the Chairperson of All Ladies League: Gauteng Chapter and was the Vice Chairperson of Business Women Association of South Africa-Gauteng. She also is an Honorary Member of Junior Chamber International and served as a Stakeholder Relations Director at the Sandton Branch. Zine is an international award winner of Iconic Women Creating a Better World for All conferred upon her by All Ladies League in association with Women Economic Forum in 2017. In April 2018 she was awarded as Exceptional Woman of Excellence in New Delhi though Women Economic Forum. She is the former Finalist of the Business Woman of the Year through Business Women Association of South Africa sponsored by Nedbank and a Semi-Finalist of The Most Influential Women in Government and Business through the CEO Magazine. Zine is an HR Practitioner by profession and has worked in many organisations and companies from junior to executive levels in a career spanning over twenty years.
