Zeenathul Arifa Rafee

Arifa Rafee is an Organic Mango farmer and an Agri-Entrepreneur. Post graduate with Network Engineering certification and trained at IIM (Lucknow). Worked in State Bank of India as Probationary Officer after returning from abroad. Started AR4 Organic Mango Farms in 41 Acres of land from scratch which was completely a new field for her altogether. Ventured into Agri-business to make her farm project profitable with e-commerce portal www.ar4mangoes.com – a new model of ”From our farm to your home” where mangoes are home-delivered across India and USA. Both farming and marketing through e-commerce were challenging but through patience and perseverance she has been successful in both her endeavours.
Won TV5 Business leader award, Wonder Woman Award for the unique business model in the state and also has won many other accolades. As future is Organic, she plans to expand her business from mangoes to other Organic fruits and vegetables along with Eco-tourism.
