I am a firm believer in the Valiancy and Vibrancy of Micro & Small Enterprises (MSE), Startups, cottage industries , home based businesses & have been delivering knowledge based consulting & strategies to the MSEs and Startups in achieving what can truly make India ‘Atmanirbhar’. Presently I am offering my services as the State President- Women’s Indian chamber of commerce & Industries, Gujarat State SME/ MSME Council. Under various projects supported by WICCI, I along with my team use to educate, train & mentor women entrepreneurs in various aspects of business management.
I am a commerce graduate holding post graduate diploma in Business Administration & CA (inter) certification, started my career with business banking division of a private sector bank, where I used to head & mentor a team of ten executives. I used to handle debt finance product offered to SMEs. This of my experiences made me enriched with the knowledge of varied subjects e.g. Finance acquisition, project report, business plan, loan application/ disbursement procedure, etc. Presently while mentoring small scale entrepreneurs, I impart knowledge & training of basic finance acquisition procedures & assist them to procure the same.
My freelance assignments in the area of management consultancy have allowed me to have hands on knowledge of the commercial laws, business compliances & regulatory ecosystem. Also , while pursuing this experience, I could nurture my expertise in making a business plan, developing strategies for market penetration through various channels- including online marketing including E- Commerce & social media, and establishing systems/ processes for efficient and effective use of resources.
Since I am a commerce graduate along with CA (inter) apart from having management background, I am well versed with basic accounting, taxation & business laws. Presently I am mentoring & imparting training to women entrepreneurs managing their small businesses covering these areas as well.
I have conceptualized, launched & working upon FEMTOR program to EMPOWER, INSPIRE, SUPPORT and ENCOURAGE women entrepreneurs across diverse platforms and helping them to push forward in all aspects of entrepreneurship.
A consultancy firm i.e. MavenPraxis- The ManageMentor, founded by me offers a full suite of consulting, mentoring, hand holding & training services in all the areas of Business Management i.e. Strategic planning, Marketing & branding, Training, E commerce, Digital presence, Finance & taxation to help entrepreneurs maximize their results.
