Yumiko is advocating for a new approach to living fully she calls “Be the New You!” “Let us women be genuine life scientists.” She has been spreading the word about this lifestyle by holding seminars to enlighten and educate people. She created a system for an innovative, low-risk, and high-profit lifestyle centered around “Tubu-Tubu Cooking Coaches.” In this system Yumiko helps women set up a new kind of business where “learning,” “living,” and “working” are integrated as one. She is developing a wide circle of women supporting and utilizing this system all around Japan.
Based on the system many women are practicing and exploring healthy diet style as well as life style, many people only dream about. They are experiencing independently creating the flow of money and people by teaching the Tubu-Tubu diet and life style while they enjoy raising children and doing housework. Through these experiences they are regaining their confidence and actively working with a lively full life.
Yumiko’s publications number more than thirty and her sales performance is over four hundred thousand copies sold. She has created more than three thousand recipes. She runs the “Future Food Café Restaurant TUBU TUBU” in Tokyo .
