Yoshita Swarup Sharma, CEO A Brighter Life, is an internationally certified Executive Coach (ICF-PCC), and leadership facilitator. She has an overall experience of 23+ years; with the last decade spent working closely with leaders across industries. She is also one of the founders of Subah, A Covid Widow support group.
Recently she was awarded as one of the most influential coaching leaders of India by the World HRD Congress. She has led workshops like Authentic Leadership, Resilient Leadership, Leading in a VUCA world, Leader as a coach, as well as long term leadership interventions with the best in class Indian & multinational organizations.
She is a great proponent of the Inside Out approach to transformation and believes that Self Leadership is the foundation of all Leadership development. Her latest offering called “Loving Your Inner Critic” is a unique program for empowering women leaders from within.
Her career started in marketing management, where she spent over a decade crafting successful brand stories in various roles in reputed companies such as Coca-Cola, Dabur & Ranbaxy. She spearheaded the OTC success of the award-winning brand Volini, raising the turnover 2.5 X in 4 years.
Her business management experience is her standout strength in enabling real conversations and actions that are simple, practical, and applicable. As a coach, she specializes in career transition coaching enabling leaders to take on more senior roles and rise up to new challenges of being a CXO.
A believer in positive psychology, she is an advanced NLP, Strength scope and MBTI practitioner as well as an Inner Child Therapist.
Besides coaching, she is passionate about her Gratitude practice and Kathak, an Indian classical dance form that she began learning 4 years ago.
