Wendy Mackey Jones

Wendy is operationally responsible for the development and management of PWN Global, a professional women’s network represented in 29 cities worldwide, whose aim is to advance gender balance globally.
In her 1st year Wendy expanded the network into the Middle East and SE Asia, introduced new services to meet the needs of nearly 40,000 professional, mobile women globally, and developed strong collaborations with industry, universities, government and NGOs to grow the gender balance movement.
Prior to PWN Global Wendy managed her own organizational development consultancy for 10yrs, working in a wide range of industries across Europe, USA and SE Asia. Prior to that Wendy worked at GlaxoSmithKline, responsible for supporting the performance and vitality of Managers and employees in R&D sites across the UK.
Wendy has lived and worked in the France, The Netherlands and the UK, as has been based in Amsterdam for the last 13 years.
