Forum Fee:

The first 150 delegates/attendees (non-speakers) will receive FREE 3-day registration. However, this does NOT include speaker ticket, gala ticket, transportation and hotel reservations. Travel and hospitality arrangements to be made and paid for by attendees. Once fulfilled, this scholarship ticket option will be closed on the forum fee registration form.

*Restricted to a first come, first serve basis. Registration process remains the same.


The Early Bird Forum Fee, until October 15th is:

USD 699 per adult attendee or delegate (regardless if speaker or not): for the entire three day event including the gala

After October 15th, prices will go up to $839, for the same three day package.

USD 997 per speaker: for the entire three day event including the gala

After October 15th, prices will go up to $1196, for the same three day package.

The above packages do not include hotel cost but allow access to DISCOUNTED rate through complete registration.

Other Options:

Individual day tickets are available along with the deeply discounted hotel room as a separate option.

Individual day ticket holders will have access to all panel discussions, break out rooms, library and marketplace but will not be included in the VIP networking and must purchase Gala ticket separately.

This event is managed by Social Spotlight Events, a high end event planning company in LA. All forum/registration fees paid accrues to them toward the arrangements being made. Please review their cancellations/refunds policy.

Cancellation Policy: You are allowed to change the name on the registration without penalty at any time Prior 45 days to the forum. No further changes will be allowed after that.

Refund policy: Refund requests must be made in writing or via email to Social Spotlight Events to – nicole@socialspotlightevents.com


Cancellations: Cancellation charges will be, 75% of the registration fee will be refunded prior 90 days to the forum, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded prior 45 days to the forum. No refunds will be granted between the duration of 45 days to the forum. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration fee only to another individual by notifying the respective forum secretariat. Late requests for refunds due to a family emergency only will be considered on a case-by-case basis.


Cancellation policy in the events of natural disasters/calamities: Forum organizers cannot accept refund requests from the forum delegates/attendees that result from cancelled flights and/or natural disasters/calamities.


The organizers will have the right to cancel/postpone the forum during natural disasters/calamities.

The organizers will not accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates/attendees, either during, or after the forum.


Postponement:If forum postpones an event for any reason and you are unable or unwilling to attend on rescheduled dates, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid.


Transfer of Registration: All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons, if registered person is unable to attend the event. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to nicole@socialspotlightevents.com.


Details must be included the full name of replacement person, their title, contact phone number and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.

Refund Policy: For payments received by credit or debit cards, the same credit/debit card will be refunded within 7 business days of initial refund request.
