WEF 2017 Program Details

Lead   Co-Lead  Panelist  Plenary Speakers

General Guidelines:
* Plenary Sessions: Each plenary session of one hour will have 12-14 speakers/awardees who will each speak for 3 minutes. Balance time for awards.
* Parallel Sessions: Each session of one hour will have two lead speakers who get 15 minutes each plus two panelists who get 5 minutes each. Balance time will be for delegate remarks and Q&A.
* Business, Workshops and Masterclass Sessions: Each parallel session of one hour will have one lead speaker who get 20 minutes, one co-lead who gets 15 minutes plus two panelists who get 5 minutes each. Balance time will be for delegate remarks and Q&A
* Country and Corporate presentation sessions: these one hour sessions will be conducted by the Country or Corporate representative as desired by them.
* Role of Moderator: the speakers in each parallel session will select from amongst themselves a moderator who will strictly enforce the time allotted for each speaker. This is being done so that every speaker gets a fair and due share of time. Please do adhere to the time allotted. If a moderator is not selected by the panelists, then a member of the WEF 17 organising committee allotted to that session will handle that part.
* Coordination: Two members from the WEF 17 organising committee will be allotted to each conference hall for coordination among speakers. These names will be given to speakers closer to the date. All speakers in a session will also be connected to each other via email in advance so they can coordinate their discussions.
* The sessions topics & timing are subject to change.
