Vivek Dwivedi

Vivek is India Leader for Multinational Client Group for Mercer India and also leads the D&I consulting solution in the country. Vivek has been an active advocate of the D&I cause both as a management consultant for Mercer, EY and KPMG but also as internal D&I leads for Honeywell and Abbott India. In his career spanning two decades, he has worked extensively for wide range of clients on organization effectiveness and culture transformation projects across Public and Private sectors across India, Europe and Middle East. Prior to joining Mercer Vivek has National leader for Org Design Solution for KPMG India and Director People & Organization practice for Ernst & Young. Vivek holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with HR specialization from Symbiosis Pune and a bachelor degree in Economics & Political Science.
