Commissioned for more than 13+ as Director of Marketing, Public Relations and Social Impact for the Gobal company Starbucks, for the Puerto Rico and the Caribbean. A recognized Philanthropist occupying several presidential board chairs in different international NGOs. In 2016 Co-Founded Mujer Emprende Latina, a non-profit organization, that is a Germinator and Incubator in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, providing training, mentoring and technical support to women who wish to undertake whatever they want in life, including a business. These programs are cost-free, so that their economy is never a reason not to have access to education and training, this is thanks to private partnerships and scholarships.She is the creator of the SOLApreneurs by Virginia Rivera business platform, a 360-program that provides workshops and sessions for self-employed entrepreneurs.
