Vinodini Issac, Managing Director, Team One Advertising Co. Pvt. Ltd., Kochi, an INS accredited advertising agency that has completed 20 years in the business in March 2019, with a roster of top clients from important categories-Retail, Real Estate, Finance, Food, Media etc. Federal Bank, Jayalakshmi Silks, Malayala Manorama, Bhima Jewellers, V Star garments and lingerie, Eastern Curry Powder, SFS Homes etc. to name few. Team One handles the work of clients at a National level reaching out to multiple markets in India.
Vinodini honed her skills in Multi National advertising agencies in the Indian metros, with Mudra DDB,
R K Swamy BBDO, for 15 years before setting up Team One in Kerala, a bold step at a time when there were hardly any women in this business, with multinational agency exposure, working with National and multinational brands. Sheer grit, professionalism and operating ethically in the National agency format from the start, Team One continues to be a much sought, after in advertising & branding. She has employed the philosophy of ‘Think Global act local’ into her business.
Advertising is not be-all and end-all for Vinodini. She is active in many forums. She is committee member of the Cochin Chamber of Commerce and Industries, the illustrious 160 year old chamber. She is a committee member of the KMA Woman Managers Forum, All Woman’s League, ROV Foundation and an active Rotarian too involved in many charity activities.
Vinodini has a daughter Rhea who is finance professional. Vinodini loves music, singing, reading, travelling with her daughter, food, spirituality and yoga. She also is guest faculty with B-schools and colleges of Visual communication. She also trains young women in the field of creative’s, grooming them for careers in advertising besides career guidance talks in schools.
Vinodini is post graduate in science and a rank holder who stumbled into advertising thanks to her passion for writing and creative arts, besides being a good strategist, with great leadership qualities and believes in team work. Hence she named her company Team One!
