One aspect that Vidya is very passionate about is building an inclusive society – the absence of which disturbs her a lot. She has always been sensitive to the lesser-heard voices – the underprivileged, women, differently-abled and the like, and, in her role in HR earlier and as a coach and facilitator now, endeavored to make a difference to individuals from these segments of society, inducting them, encouraging and enabling them to learn and grow. She contributes to organizations working with such individuals, both monetarily, as well as through volunteering time for various activities.
