I am Danish by birth Scandinavian by language but global by hearth I am the owner of the company Energy2work dk established in 2007 I am a consciousness raiser energy up lifter and innovator that works for humans to raise hope and human blossoming in the field of dementia – worldwide I work as a public speaker leadership- organizational- and process consultant innovator entrepreneur and educator at all levels in and organisation All my life I have felt a deep and profound longing to live in a world where people of all kind of both genders and in all ages and all cultures do not suffer but help one selv and each other to blossom side by side No matter what Over the years I have worked in several Danish and international Humanitarian Organizations creating and managing awareness- and money raising campaigns towards people in need in developing countries Since 2003 I have worked within the area of dementia and since 2007 on my own but still for the bigger vision of human blossoming Today my heart beats strongly around dementia where there is so much suffering at many levels so huge need so much to do and optimize so much to learn and so much potential to activate Both on a local and global level As an experienced acknowledged and creative pioneer in the field of dementia I have invented a powerful meaningful and pedagogical awareness raising path to raise consciousness open hearts shift mindsets and activate new ways of being in relation to people with dementia It s an easy path to guide humans at all levels into the bigger vision of human blossoming for all I work playful creative and hearth based to disrupt the prevailing views and approach of dementia changing the experience of meaninglessness and hopelessness into meaningfulness and hopefulness by empowering people with dementia families and relatives systems politicians municipalities directors officers caregivers therapists associations volunteers civil society businesses I seek to bring this specific uplifting way of understanding thinking talking and being in to the global world I seek to make people go from EGO to ECO I seek to transform human s way of being and behaving in our common world I seek to see a world blossoming in all ways
