Venkat is a business & technology leader with 21 years of experience in IT/ITes sector. He joined NASSCOM last year, inspired by the vision of FutureSkills and its role in India’s growth story. He is the Member Success Lead for FutureSkills at NASSCOM. Venkat was playing a role of Global AI Solutions Leader at IBM prior to joining NASSCOM. Over the past two decades, he has played global & regional leadership roles across organizations such as IBM, Cognizant and Kanbay (now Capgemini). His experience ranges across consulting, business development, account management and software development. Venkat got his formal education from IIM Indore and Anna University. He is also part of the advisory council of The India Leadership Think-tank (TILT), a leadership forum with the objective of generating leaders and making India #1. He has a keen interest in coaching and mentoring people.
