Veena Joseph

Veena Joseph is a Multi-faceted professional with experience in Training, Consulting and Process management. Experience in Service oriented Industries (Finance, Education and Non-profit organisations) for 7 plus years in India and Netherlands.

She started her career as a banker after completing her MBA. She then Lectured to Business management students in India where she successfully ran projects to develop young women, guided them with career choices and entrepreneurial workshops. After her move to the Netherlands in 2012, she started as a Finance Manager. She implemented changes in the Finance and Administration department of a day-care operations in The Hague. After a period of self-discovery she decided to leave her Finance Background and do a Diploma in Counselling and Coaching. During this she also led a Children’s bible school team of more than 100 children and 50 volunteers from over 30 different countries. She was pivotal in evaluating the existing Children’s Programme and making changes with the different techniques, curriculum and values of the Team.

She started her own firm, Forerunners Consulting and Coaching last year. She currently works as a HR & Marketing Consultant for her client Sunshine Au pair. She is involved with on boarding Au Pairs (Asia and Europe) and coaching them in the cultural exchange program for Au Pairs in the Netherlands. She also organizes events and workshops for Au Pairs to develop them. She is a team player with great passion for Women empowerment and Youth development. Her vision is to provide practical tools and expertise for Businesses and coaching for change seekers. She is a Change Facilitator. She believes in doing what one loves and fulfilling their unique purpose. She also partners with her friend and owns a handmade soaps and skin care business, NaturallyU.
