She diversified into medical publishing and is the MD of emedinews -a daily medical newsletter being emailed to 2 lakh Drs and IJCP Group of Publications –a pioneer in medical communications. She is also the Vice President of Heart Care Foundation of India, a not for profit organization working toward health awareness , prevention and treatment for the past 25 years along with the her husband KK Aggarwal Padmashri , Dr. BC Roy awardee.-Consultant Cardiologist, lifestyle and motivational speaker
• Dr Veena has a holistic bend of mind and is a certified teacher in India for Dr Deepak Chopras programs-Primordial Sound meditation, Magical Beginning Enchanted Lives, Magic of Healing
• She has developed a holistic ante natal program Abhimanyu and helped develop “Mind Body Medicine” Department at Apollo Hospital
• She helped Co producer “Mind Body Soul” a 52 episode program for Doordarshan
• Believing in always reinventing herself Dr Veena did a one year Cert program in Marketing, Management& Finance, IIT Mumbai and stood 1st in the All India Batch
