• Winner of “Volunteer of the month May 2021” and “Volunteer of the year 2021” titles awarded by Unmukt Foundation
• Conducted training sessions with or for various reputed organizations like Pearson Education, Kotak Education Foundation, Vidya- Beyond School, Tata Voltas, Americares, Holy Faith International Pvt Ltd. (MBD Group), Unmukt Foundation.
• Played Lead Trainer for Maharashtra Govt’s pilot project to train the Zilla Parishad Teachers under Sarva Siksha Abhiyan carried out by Pearson Education.
• I am on the panel of prestigious Girnar Care Pvt Ltd as a Master Trainer, and currently working in their project “Crack-Ed”.
• Worked at various positions like Branch head, academic head and assistant Director (Edu.) in Evershine Education Trust between May 2005 and October 2010, before resigning from the post of Assistant Director (education)
• Passionate about teaching and training, trained 5000+ trainers and facilitators in pedagogical and soft skills.
• Conducted motivation and personal development sessions for more than 1000 students from various schools
• Trained educators and teachers from schools across Maharashtra in association with Holy Faith International Pvt. Ltd.
• Authored Maharashtra State Board grade VIII – X Science and Mathematics workbooks for Holy Faith International Pvt Ltd
• Conducted one day Train the Trainer Soft Skills Program for Technical Instructors of a CSR project of TATA VOLTAS
• Conducted online sessions on Canva Designing Tool for more than 100 trainers across the globe
