My self Ms. Urmila Kharkwal, Sr. Faculty of Footwear Design & Development Institute along with also the Academic In-charge of the FDDI School of Retail & Fashion Merchandise (FSRFM) at Fursatganj. especially takes care of the fashion related projects and excellence in creative visual merchandising display part. Apart from these, i was a sports person as was a gymnast, state level archery champion and finally was won Asian -pacific arm-wrestling competition too. Even I am the beauty representative at AVON Beauty Product also. For me “Lifestyle is a composite of motivations, needs and wants and is influenced by factors such as culture, family, reference groups and social class.” Even I involved in various activities for the women skill development and their upliftment. I am the Chairperson of ALL Raebareli which gives me platform to do something for women especiall I did the awareness activity in the field of “Women’s in aviation” where I encourage the young womens that they can choose aviation field as their carrer its not only for men ,women can also go hand in hand.
