Ula has been running her own Pilates and Wellbeing business for the last 16 years, incorporating mindfulness, dance movement, energy work and holistic massage. Having previously graduated from Warsaw University as an Adult Education Specialist and a Contemporary Dance Teacher, she combines physical, intellectual and spiritual approach to teaching and coaching.Ula is passionate about inspiring, empowering and supporting her students on their own, unique journeys trough Pilates technique. Her skills of creating an atmosphere of warm spirituality and trust, allow individuals to reconnect with their bodies on both a physical and spiritual level. They are facilitated to recognise, embrace and accept who they are, visualise and control the movements from their core whilst enjoying their own unique presence and energy, all of which brings about positive change. Finding the powerful connection with oneself trough movement, gives a heart-warming and liberating feeling of inner power, freedom and happiness. Ula organises and runs regular Pilates & Wellbeing retreats in South of France, designed to create a beautiful, safe and inspiring space to relax, connect with oneself and similarly minded people, in an atmosphere of warmth, mutual acceptance, respect and trust.
