From producing prime time news bulletins to coordinating news inputs and bureaus across the States. From field reporting to planning and execution of news flow and special shows of news channel. Also playing the lead role in setting up upcoming News18 Digital project in Assam. Forte lies in hi profile interviews and in depth news analysis. Known for meeting deadlines on short notice. Mastered the ability to do voice over directly without writing the script.

Worked as a co-writer for the multilingual short film ‘Scenes from Suburbia’. The film won many awards in 2013 including Best short film and Best Editing awards In Kolkata Shorts International Film Festival.

Heading the output desk, responsible for the the overall content and output of the news flow and suggest improvement in look and feel of the channel. Anchoring a prime time 9 pm Daily News based show that is one of top 3 most watched shows of News 18 Assam channel. The show has also managed to get good ratings across all news channels of Assam within a short span of time.

Designing roadmap for Channel coverage vis-à-vis distribution and visibility policy. Daily review of channel performance analysis report and formulating and implementing corrective measure. Produce and Anchor a show “RUPANTAR WITH TULIKA” on current affairs.

Have anchored and executed special bulletins and shows covering Assam Assembly Elections in 2016.
