Tomas Hornik

My name is Ing. Tomáš Horník. I am 26 years old. I am a PhD candidate on the department of Technique and Technology in Transport and Communications, University of Pardubice, Faculty of Transport Engineering. As part of my doctoral studies, I deal with sustainable modes of transport. Including pedestrian traffic, cycling, and public transport. I am addressing Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans, which aims to improve the quality of life in the Czech cities. At the same time on this topic lecture to students at the University of Pardubice. In addition to this professional work, I have many hobbies. I am a photographer and blogger. My great passion is traveling. I like to meet new people, new countries, new cultures and I like learning new habits.
