Tisha Chawlani currently pursuing B.Tech in computer science from Amity University. My communication skills are good and I’m also excellent at leadership, as I had been CR of my batch managing 100+ students. Also being a Secretary of Symbian Club (cultural club of ASET) has given me a bigger exposure of managing things as it includes the whole department. I’m also core team member of Android development club and E-cell of our university. Along with that I’ve been selected aa Lead of GDSC (Google Developer Student Clubs) and have conducted and hosted various events to provide students the guidance they need this present time. Also, under GDSC AUC, I’ve been flutter festivals facilitator and have successfully conducted 5 events for the same. Along with that I’m president of NSCC (Newton School Coding Club) and have to conduct hackathons and workshops the students need tthis present time. Recently I’ve been selected as one of the top 250 scholars from all over India and got 100% scholarship out of more than 40,000+ applicants to be a part of cohort-4 of WE program by TalentSprint and supported by Google. Last but not the least I’m also member of Women Techmakers, a global program by Google to support women in tech.
WE program by TalentSprint and supported by Google will provide me a platform where I can connect with women with similar mindset in the industry of tech. Also I am enlightened about the fact that community learning environment are very vital for holistic and all round development of a student or a person and that can be achieved by being in such a community.
As I love exploring new things and believe in community learning, through this annual meet I want to be a role model for all other women out there. I want to achieve all the milestones of my life making sure that I inspire other women connecting with me as I believe in empowering women in all the domains present in the world to be achieved. So let’s just not develop as a individual but a community too.
