Tennis Professional Ted Murray has been pursuing his dream of raising consciousness through tennis for four decades. Ted was a founding member of PBI, world’s first international tennis management company. He has owned a tennis and fitness club in Florida and started tennis academies in Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Thailand, and Costa
Rica. In 1985, Ted became the first coach of the Britannia Amritraj Tennis Foundation (BAT) where he trained India’s top eight junior players. He coached Leander Paes, who in 1996 won an Olympic medal and has since won a total of eighteen Grand Slam doubles championships. Ted has been a featured speaker at international sports conferences such as IHRSA, USPTA, PTR, and the All India Tennis Association (AITA). His last time in Delhi in 2010, Ted shared the stage with Leander Paes, presenting the keynote address for a major international company’s management conference. He is the bestselling author of a tennis novel Tennis from the Heart – Pursuing the Dream and is a contributing author in the bestselling education reform book, Bringing Heart and Soul to Education. For 14 years, Ted has written a daily inspirational meditation and message shared with thousands of people worldwide.
