Tatjana Kolenc

In her professional career she worked for almost 20 years in the economy sector , on the operational, managerial and executive positions in the field of economics, marketing, sales and corporate finance and more then 20 years in the banking sector on managerial and independent professional positions in domestic and international banks, gaining excellent, large specter of knowledge and competences. She have been also an active member of Managers’ Association of Slovenia (where, in 2019, She was rewarded the Gold recognition for 20 years of membership and recognition as the Integration Ambassador) , Slovenian Corporate Treasurers Association and Association of Female Managers where being a chairwoman for two initial terms.
In 2018, She joined the mentoring network of the Female Manager Section of the Managers’ Association of Slovenia , as a mentor. Her first experience was extremely positive, and , at the end of the programme, with her mentee Mrs. Klaudija Javornik, they published a book, “By Mentoring to Heart-centered Leadership,” which has an excellent response in the business public and strong inspiring influence. Base on this positive experience she decided to continue her career as a mentor, as this is a very responsible and also a very pleasant role which helps all participants in the process in professional and personal growth.
She strongly believe that mentoring, as an exchange of knowledge, experience and life principles, is enormously enriching us, both on a personal and business level, and strengthens our awareness of the importance of collaboration, trust, respect and responsibility as key components of success in any field in life. Mentoring is also a great experience of intergenerational collaboration.
