Tashyra C. Ayers is an eclectic business woman and entrepreneur. She is an award-winning media personality (Radio Idol 2010), published voiceover artist, speaker and author of “An Heir’s Journal: My Story is My Wealth” – an inspirational journal collection for women. Tashyra has contributed her voice to several published audio-books that are available on Amazon, iTunes, and Audible.com. She is the host of a women’s empowerment show ,”Tashyra Talks Tuesdays” on Reach Gospel Radio in the United States. As the CEO of 3Twelve PR (Public Relations) with over 15 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing & Public Relations, Tashyra specializes in Business to Business and Business to Community partnerships in the US and abroad. Tashyra has created nationally recognized marketing campaigns that are known for bridging the gap between industries from corporate to entertainment. She has been recognized by the Public Relations Society of America, the Medicaid Health Plans of America, and the Philadelphia Black Public Relations Society. Tashyra’s unique niche has helped her clients increase sales and membership by 125%; co-managed corporate giving budgets of over $3.5 million helping communities in need; secured nearly $100K in sponsorships, and secured media coverage for national campaigns with broadcast companies including iHeart Media, UrbanOne Media, and Beasley Broadcast. Tashyra’s purpose projects include the creation of the annual Mother’s Day Brunch honoring single and teen Mothers. During the annual event, Tashyra partners with community organizations and schools to present teen moms with college scholarships and laptops. The brunch has also recognized over a dozen women with ‘Mom of the Year’ Awards, and presented $10,000 in scholarships and equipment to Moms in just two years.
