Tanuja Sanders is a renowned Project Manager with over 25 years of experience working in the Engineering and Resource sector, earning her a reputation as a Completions Manager and a hard task-master. Tanuja has delivered projects with cumulative value in excess of A$10 Billion throughout her career. She is a qualified engineer with Bachelors in Energy Engineering and Masters in Chemical Engineering. Having developed a flare for Project Management, she further qualified herself as a Graduate Certificate in Business Management and certified PMP and works as a Project Manager through her own engineering consultancy “KT & Sai Associates Pty Ltd”. In pursuit of a more sustainable lifestyle and to expand her envelope to embrace her other passions and skill-sets, she started her entrepreneurial journey within the food industry by becoming an olive oil producer. Her business “The Sathya Olive Company” has a niche with their exotic range of infused olive oils, table olives and dukkah that are sold through various WA Supermarket outlets and are now expanding into global export.
