Susana Cravo

My name is Susana, I’m Portuguese.
I am 42 years old, 22 of which are filled with professional experience in the area of supervision, management, training, design and implementation of skills development and consulting projects, with experience in the private, state and non-governmental sectors.
From the age of 33 and at the time in a national management position for a multinational, I began a long process of reflection that culminated in the discovery of what really makes me happy: To support the discovery of talents and their process of catalysis, in a more fair, dignified and useful way for all. The dream has always been Africa, because here there is much to be done and any small contribution can really change lives!
Out of the business environment and material comfort, I left my job, my house, the large unnecessary bills and the country. A year of volunteering in England allowed me, besides being a fantastic experience, to mature a long-held dream:
Methodology: Non-formal education. Destination: Mozambique. In September 2014 Kutsaca was officially born, and four years later, there are a series of achievements and challenges, which in themselves are a lifetime of learning, sharing and a growth process. The purpose remains: To awaken consciousness. In addition to the Kutsaca Association, I remain as a free lancer in organizations. Creating, awakening, generating bridges are my motives for action. I defend and spread a message of authenticity, love, humility, courage and resilience
