Started my career as a software programmer and worked in the corporate for 17+ years. The last role I held with the corporate was Delivery Manager. Took break due to maternity. Explored my entrepreneurship skills in the IT services area. Realized that learning and training is my passion. Took up international certification as trainer. Conducting experiential workshops and coaching people. I am looking for corporate engagements on training (soft skills / behaviour skills/Personal Transformation / Women Empowerment /Leadership). I have designed workshop for parents on transformational parenting. In my experience, parents influence children for good/bad. When parents are transformed, they can influence the children for better. I believe if the childhood is good, we will have better human beings in the world and world will be much better place to be in. I have also designed the workshop for kids on life-skills. I am interested in working with schools to conduct these programs. I invite corporates to organize parenting workshops for their employees.
