I come from a place called Madurai ,which is called as temple City with Lord Meenakshi showering her blessings to the people of the city in abundance .I did my schooling in TVS Lakshmi school and graduated in mechanical engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University.

I joined in Simpson Chennai as a graduate trainee and worked in the company for 14 years .The Strong learning foundation in Simpson for more than a decade in the areas of manufacturing and Quality gave a in depth on the job experience in various aspects of the function .

I joined TVS & Sons Madurai with a customer centric business vertical and that gave me a customer side of the business learning and made me to understand the other business extreme after working in manufacturing shop floor for more than a decade .

After learning both manufacturing and customer side of business ,joined Caterpillar ,a multinational heavy engineering company . Caterpillar turned me a true business leader with more focus on diversity and inclusion .My experience for last 8 years in caterpillar have brought me to head operations of caterpillar plant in Hosur .Here we have done incredibly well in the areas of people ,quality ,cost and all was possible one and only by the highly engaged team with special focus on diversity and inclusion
