She Worked in Ryan International School, Ghaziabad for 18 years. She Worked on the position of Vice Principle for last eight years.
Shouldered the responsibility as Head Mentor of “Quality Assurance Team” for 7 years in Ryan international Group. She was a coordinator of an “International Children’s Festival of Performing Arts” for six years. She visited Sri Lanka, Iceland and Germany for cultural Exchange programme . CBSE Schools Accreditation Counselor, certified by NABET. She Writes a practice book “Nirjher moti” for Rachna Sagar publications. Suman Singh was president of “Amrit Sewa Sansthan”. Worked for the welfare of women inmates of Dasna District Jail, Ghaziabad.. She started the project “Recycle & Reuse of plastic bottles” in the collaboration with Rotary Northern India.
She had been awarded as Best Educator 2016 by Ghaziabad Education Authorities. She had advisory member of Educomp publications for the session of 2016-17. She attended World Education Summit as a speaker on the topic “Future of education in India” on 12.08.17 at New Delhi.
