Suma is a passionate leader with 2 decades of experience across varied industries and domains of semiconductor, end-to-end consumer products, process industries & health care. She started her career with a startup company, run by Academia professors, and then moved on to work for various organizations, with the longest tenure being at Philips. She has been instrumental for launching first of its kind, end to end products in Pace organization. She has also worked in other organizations like Federal Technologies & Nagravision. She cherishes her exciting and learning experience through her own entrepreneurial journey for about a year. She is a well-versed R&D engineering management professional, with proficiency of Program, Project, Resource, Budget, People Management. Has been instrumental in spheres of Strategic planning & Execution, Customer Relationship Management, Succession Planning, Mentoring & Organizational Leadership. In her current role & responsibilities at her organization, Honeywell, she is responsible for Innovation & Strategy, along with Architecture Governance for Honeywell Process Solutions, India. She takes the team along through the journey of Ideation to Revenue. Also, enables ideation on the latest emerging technologies to drive the futuristic innovation. She has been awarded for various contributions across accomplishments for varied product deliveries & also won a prestigious behavior award at Pace. She has presented various papers towards honing skills of research on various topics. Have shared thoughts and perspectives being a speaker at varied conferences. She has been featured in an interview published by International Women’s Day (IWD) on HONEYWELL prime employer page. Currently, she is pursuing her Advanced Management Program at IIMB. She is also pursuing a PGP course in Artificial Intelligence for Leaders, from the University of Texas, Austin & Great Lakes. She has completed her Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication, & earlier to which she has accomplished a Diploma degree in Electronics & Communication. She engages herself into mentoring students and professionals, with an intention to enable them grow towards their aspirations. She enjoys music, dance, fashion choreography and admires art work. Psychology fascinates her, & researches on human mind, behavior & brain power. A believer of meditation and Yoga, as a tool to unleash potential. One of her goals is to contribute to engineer technology, develop young talent & aid nurture society.
