My Career Graph:

I started my career as a Lecturer in Communicative English in the year 1999, right after completion of Master’s degree (M.Phil) in English Language and Literature. I thoroughly enjoyed my role and simultaneously harped on to college administration activities while pursuing Post Graduate Diploma in Public Relations. In a year’s time, I was not just handling classes but also was In Charge of the Seminars / Public Speaking /Student’s Counseling Cell and became the Event Organiser for the college.

This experience came in handy when I joined Tandem Educational Institute in Karama, Dubai in the year 2001 till 2004. I was handling English classes as well as holding the respectable office of HR & Administration Officer. I worked in close relationship with the Ministry to get all the licenses and permissions at the time of inception. I designed the classrooms and gave it a lively ambience. With the help of Tandem Management, we on boarded expert teachers which went a long way in making this venture a huge success among the student community.
