India

Sudha is a coach-mentor to a diverse set of people- CXOs, entrepreneurs, sportspersons, and students.

Sudha helps organizations build a culture that enables them to attract and retain talent, as well as create an environment that enables employees to remain engaged and productive.

Being a peoples’ person, Sudha opted for an HR specialization at IIM Calcutta. Between 1985 and 1992, she worked in Eicher Goodearth Ltd and Pertech Computers Ltd in various HR roles.
After getting several years of solid HR grounding in the automobile and IT industries, Sudha started a full-service HR consulting firm–Inputs–dedicated to helping clients hire, retain and nurture the best talent in the country.

Over 20 years, Inputs built an enviable reputation for its consultative approach, industry knowledge, high-quality work and impeccable integrity. Inputs was almost entirely staffed by successful women (domain experts or HR/Talent Acquisition Managers) working under a uniquely flexible model that allowed them to balance their work and family commitments.

Today, Sudha is using the learning of the last 30+ years to help organizations to build their talent strategy, and become employers of choice. Her personal interest is in cultural transformations. Likewise, she also helps individuals discover their potential, and build a strong personal brand.
Sudha is also pursuing her long-time dream of creating a sports culture in India. She is currently a part of a team that is creating certification program for performance coaches in badminton and shooting. The program is being created by Olympic Gold Quest and focuses on creating excellence in coaching. She is also helping other sports academies in creating such programs.
Sudha sits on the Board of several organisations including Chintan, SOS Villages, Gagan Narang Sports Foundation and Growth for All. In addition, she is on the advisory board of several start ups.

She is deeply involved with several professional organizations. At TiE Delhi/NCR, Sudha chairs the Special Interest group for Sports and Fitness. She is the past chair of a Special Interest Group for furthering the cause of women entrepreneurs.
