Sucheta Jha has over 13 years of experience in the field of consumer behavior, research, analytics and innovation. She has helped businesses in different sectors like Automotive, Consumer Durables, Chemicals, FMCG, Telecom, etc. to understand the consumers better and use that knowledge for improving business outcomes. She believes to be the bridge between consumer needs & wants and an organization’s offerings. She has worked with multiple organizations like Nielsen, Whirlpool, and AkzoNobel driving insights and innovation. She is currently heading Insights for South Asia Region for AkzoNobel (Dulux Paints).
She is also a keynote speaker and guest lecturer at various B schools and speaks/trains on Marketing Research, Research Methodologies, Design Thinking, Insights based Innovation, Data Analytics.
