Subhabrata Basu

Subhabrata (Rontu) Basu is a banking professional with over 30 years experience in the financial sector and has worked in senior positions with DSP Merrill Lynch, ANZ Grindlays, Jardine Fleming, Commerzbank and Deutsche Bank. Rontu is currently a Partner with Quest Partners, a management consulting boutique, with an unique focus on trade, investment & institutional linkages in the India-Canada corridor. He has also been the India Country Advisor of the Schulich School of Business, Toronto, since 2005 and has helped them formulate and execute their India strategy & on-ground presence. Other Canadian clients he has advised include Harlequin, Toronto Star & Multi-Health Systems. Rontu is also the past National President of the Indo-Canadian Business Chamber(ICBC) and currently on the National & MRC Regional Boards of ICBC.
