Starr Essence has gained over a decade of experience as a social entrepreneur and over fifteen years serving in the Education Industry. She believes in making a positive impact on the world and do so by serving others with inspiration and information. She is the Founder and President of MorningStar International, Inc. an organization empowering, equipping, and educating youth and young adults to succeed in a global economy. In addition, she’s a speaker, author, youth coach, and visionary. Her mission is simple – to impact, inspire, and inform the next generation of future global leaders. In 2017, she published her 1st book called “Guide Me To College: 10 Vital Steps Every Urban Youth Need For College.” She wrote Guide Me To College to prepare underserve communities with adequate resources and tools for college success. In 2004, She received her Bachelor of Administration in Accounting from Tennessee State University. She earned her Master of Business Administration from Argosy University. Currently, she serves as an Implementation Consultant for ERP and Schools at Tyler Technologies. Her motto is: travel the world to enlarge your vision!
