Srinivas Koppolu

He has over 25 years of global experience with reputed IT-BPO companies like Steria, Satyam and Wipro. He has handled roles in the areas of business development, sales, corporate strategy and operations for these companies. He has successfully built organizations from inception, grown businesses in new market environments and owned P&L responsibility in global markets including USA, Europe & India.
Prior to Conneqt (formerly Tata Business Support Services Ltd), he was the Director and Head of BPO services of Steria India Ltd., a European IT solutions & services company. Earlier, he was with Satyam as Senior VP & Global Head – Sales, focusing on sales, account management and operations management.
Active on industry forums @ At NASSCOM he is a National Council Member for the Business Process Management (BPM) Council. The NASSCOM BPM Council is a forum that works on key agenda issues that include rebranding the industry from an employee perspective, programs for sub-sectors of BPM industry, government policy and support for BPM expansion in smaller cities and strengthening the Analytics capability in the country.
At FICCI he is heading the South Sub-Committee Head for Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). This covers both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. At CII, he is the Telangana State Council Member 2018-19 and Co-Convenor for CSR Panel of Telangana 2018-19.
Srini was a Mentor for Tata Technologies and Tata Elxsi for the Tata Business Excellence Model (TBEM) assessment.
Srini holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics from Osmania University and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Bangalore. Srinis’s passion is people, and he believes that people are the biggest assets and strength for any enterprise.
In his spare time he loves to spend time with wife Shanti and their two kids Kurti and Kashyap.
