Sridhar is a MBA and a Fulbright Fellow having done his Leadership Management program at the Carnegie Mellon University, USA. He has also attended the Baldrige National Quality Program Examiner Training Experience in 2014 at Gaithersburg, USA and the Tata Group Strategic Leadership Seminar (TGSLS) at TMTC, Pune in January 2015.
Sridhar has been with Tata Capital since its inception (2007) and has been with the Tata group for over 25 years. His areas of experience and expertise apart from Human Resource Management include Marketing & Strategy.
He is currently responsible for Learning & Development, Employee Engagement and Corporate Social Responsibility
He has actively been involved in various excellence initiatives within the company and is a Senior Leader in the TBEM (Tata Business Excellence Model) process within the Tata group. He is also a CII certified sustainability assessor.
Sridhar is a member of the Core Committee of the Tata group-wide skilling initiative and a member of the CSR committee at the Bombay Chamber of Commerce.
Sridhar is also an avid sportsman and a passionate long distance runner.
