Sree Latha Vasisht

Sree Latha D R known as Lata Vasisht in her social circles is a woman of substance who celebrates every moment of her life. She is a life long learner who ardently believes that learning contributes to natural transformation in any individual. With a PG Degree in Business Administration, she went on to complete her M.Phil., and is now pursuing her Doctoral Studies from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. She wears many hats as an entrepreneur, a coach, a counselor, a corporate trainer, a facilitator, a professional speaker and a singer.She has over 15+ years of experience in corporate and academia and is now the Chairperson of Ichcha Learning Solutions and Skanda Enterprises. She is the recipient of ‘Award of Excellence – Woman Entrepreneur’, 2018-19 by WeLEED Trust, Bengaluru. She has published and presented research papers in various national and international conferences held at Bangkok, Malaysia, Singapore and Bangalore with 2 BEST PAPER AWARDS into her kitty, both at international conferences. Whatever little she is today, she credits it to her association with various organisations like ALL, SHRM, ISTD, LnD Global, IAF etc. She is the Life Member of Primax Foundation – A Research & Training Organisation, Bengaluru. She believes that destiny is created by the steps we take and opines that it is up to us to decide whether it should be day one or one day to be a better version of ourselves.
