HR professional with 23 years of diverse experience with defence and corporate. I am also a state Vice President for WICCI UPHR. I am an Advisory board member for Women with wings platform.
Served in Indian Air Force for 11 years as SSC officers. There worked in different portfolios including Flight Commander Tech flight for the Russian missile system & HR Flight commander.
Began journey in the corporate with Vanderlande Industries where she was heading HR. For the past 10 years, has been associated with Barco Electronic Systems Pvt Ltd and working as director HR, HR Head India. I am a strong believer in challenging the status quo and continuously upskilling the team.
My passion is to work for the empowerment of women in different sectors.
I have been working on the enablement/upliftment of women since her Airforce days.
For my work I have been awarded with Women Excellence and 2 HR excellence awards along with the Global woman inspiration award 2021 and Real Super Woman award 21 Also awarded women game changer award by HRAI my hobbies are travelling and exploring new places, and am an avid reader.
I love spending quality time with family.
