Smriti Bhatia, popularly known as Chocolatier Smriti Bhatia, is the Founder of Smriti’s ChocoHouse, and SIABAZ. Her mission and objective from the first day have been to create a difference with the innovations that they craft with love and passion. She is an entrepreneur, a chocolatier, published author of Amazon’s best-seller – “The Chocolate Alphabet” and the trainer of SIABAZ – Smriti’s International Academy of Bakery Arts.
At Smriti’s ChocoHouse, She with her expert team designs chocolates in themes, flavors and plays around by handcrafting them in any wish people have. Vegan is created for the audience who are either allergic or on gluten-free lactose-free plant-based diets. She conducts interactive chocolate-making workshops, organizes chocolate games for parties. Customer happiness and contentment are first for her and she goes beyond any miles for this. She is very sensitive towards mother earth and nature hence creating an option of environment-friendly hampers too.
She has been awarded by culinary forums across Delhi and Mumbai for her chocolaty innovations. She has been interviewed across Radio FM channels, Times of India, and social media channels. She has taken numerous guest lectures in different institutions and participated in many panel discussions too. She has conducted shows with Amul, received awards for training chocolate making as well.
She is an official distributor of House of Candy too and is associated with a number of retail stores both online and offline. She believes in creating unique combination hampers and creating a wide range to select from.
