Sintrel P. Dass is a Career Coach and HR Expert who focuses on individual and organizational development, motivational speaking and one-on-one coaching. Drawing upon her background in human resources, workforce and individual development, as well as approximately 28 years of experience in the Federal government, Sintrel has a unique appreciation of mindset and the power it has to change patterns of behavior. Throughout all of her work, Sintrel focuses on building strengths and minimizing weaknesses through feedback, self-discovery and detailed action plans. Sintrel has worked with high-level executives and entrepreneurs within organizations and corporations of all sizes across a range of industries. She helps companies with their leadership development by providing team skill building workshops, management training, communication skills, mentoring programs, and 360º feedback reviews. Sintrel brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the area of Human Capital Management and Leadership that complements the overall core goals, growth, and values of the business industry. Mrs. Dass is retired from the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) where she was a Unit Chief overseeing human resources, property and space management, contract administration and IT matters, and has combined Human Capital/Resource experience, of which, 10-years have been in a leadership role directly with the FBI and the other 18 years working with the Department of Housing and Urban Development and the United States General Accountability Office, in Washington D.C. Sintrel is a highly proficient and human resource management expert with strong skills in developing and implementing innovative recruitment and retention strategies, researching and implementing human resource information systems, developing employee policies and procedures, managing employee relations, developing competency frameworks, performance management and measurement systems, compensation and benefits systems and recognition programs, safety and security programs, conducting labor negotiations and relations, business process redesign, call-center design and development, and critical incident stress response and management initiatives. She has researched, designed and conducted high impact training programs throughout the United States as well as in global locations for a wide expanse of leadership, behavioral, and skills educational initiatives. Sintrel has earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Human Resources and Management from Strayer University and is currently working toward becoming certified as a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) through her membership with SHRM. She currently holds an active TS/SCI security clearance. Sintrel has been pretty business oriented her whole life. When she couldn’t get hired at the fast food restaurants, Sintrel started a baby sitting service for her neighbors and church. Business was her focus throughout her high school career, as well as motivating and mentoring her peers and friends. Sintrel enjoys volunteering as a basketball coach; mentor; advisor, etc. Sintrel resides in Fredericksburg, Virginia with her husband and four children.
