Specializing in sensitive products extending shelf life, i.e.: Fresh herbs, Berries, Pomegranates arils, Figs and exotic fruits.

Education: Bio-chemistry and Food Science.
Research assistant for post-harvest doctoral degree (2012).
Master degree in Food Science and Technology from the Agriculture Faculty in Rechovot, Jerusalem University (1987 – 1994).
