Product Management is just a never-ending series of problems, waiting to be resolved.
Envisioning and building REVENUE generating products (not features, bugs, or enhancements) from scratch with limited supervision and guidance – came up with the idea, validated it, presented it, built consensus, got resources allocated, got it developed, monitored and improved it.
An entrepreneur from the heart and a product and UX evangelist by profession who helps the organization with a proof of concept to scale through strategic thinking, management, and leadership skills in a genuine, open-minded, empathetic, and Lightworker way. Business-oriented and loves to be an excellent storyteller. A visual thinker who bridges user problems with solutions through my sketches.
Throughout my career, I have had experience of thinking like a customer, representing the customer, in various means by being part of product operations, quality, sales & business development wherein I have worked with and for customers to get their feedback & bring them delight.
Over a period of time, I was struck in just scaling the business and eventually wanted to move on to building the thing right and building the right things through an academic journey. I did a brief analysis of where I am getting in my career & it dawned on me that I am innately empathetic, appreciative for using the right contextual language and love the energy in customer interaction. So this made me persuade my career in Product Management.
As part of my hands-on experience, I got the opportunity to work on 3 products (Content Aggregation &Syndication Platform, Kiranakarona App & Crowdfunding product). Throughout this journey, I have learned to build business cases, which idea to take forward, and building a scalable product in the right way.
Ready to exploit the power of innovation & transfer the life of millions of users by focusing on being the expert on users/customers & the market. That is the only source of my authority & not the title.
