Shreya Bhatia

Shreya Bhatia is a social entrepreneur, co-founder of Those In Need- a matchmaking platform for civil society organisations and volunteers with a unique redeemable social reward point system. She is a development professional with specialization and experience in development economics, development management, sector/ market evaluation, results-oriented economic and business research, project design and implementation. Her research and professional interests include consultation, organization building, resource mobilization and project designing. She is highly competent in identifying the issue and visualizing the intervention for the same.
She has successfully designed The Entrepreneurial Incubation Lab with financial and non-financial support offered to the participants for Udhyam Learning Foundation, Bangalore.
She has also Evaluated and presented Residential Housing Price Index by using INDEX numbers and Confidence Interval Method; prepared the methodology for All India Residential Price Index for easier search of residential properties in Delhi and Kolkata for National Housing Bank, Reserve Bank of India.
Apart from that, she has designed an intervention for malnutrition in tribal children of Dewas district, Madhya Pradesh by piloting 2 villages and 6 anganwadis.

She works with multi-cultural teams and possesses extensive experience in engaging with the Private Sector, Public Sector as well as Civil Societies. A dance enthusiast, she holds a Post Graduate degree from Indian School of Development Management, Master’s Degree in Economics from Amity University and a B.A. (Honours) Degree in Economics from Delhi University with consistently outstanding academic credentials.
