Shradha, is an entrepreneur with a mission to promote preservative free living by making healthy snacking more accessible to Urban Indians. Fed-up of the diet of chemically processed junk food consumed by young professionals in our generation, she founded Miss Chhotee’s – a 100% natural gourmet line of made in India snack foods. Shradha, is truly passionate about changing the food consumption patterns of Urban Indians by making healthy foods tastier and more accessible. Miss Chhotee’s, products are preservative free, without the use of any artificial colours, flavours or additives. Over the last five years, Miss Chhotee’s has been a familiar sight at popular modern retail outlets, food festivals, fashion events, and art shows to generate awareness about nutritious snack options.

In her past life, Shradha worked in the Media Industry. After obtaining a diploma in Media & Cultural studies from New School University, she started her career as a news reporter and writer with Indian Express. Stints in NDTV, MTV networks in New York and Discovery Channel in India followed this before she quit media to follow her passion for food by apprenticing at the Four Seasons Hotel and Lite Bite Foods. The different hats she has worn, allow her to bring a truly global outlook to her venture while her roots ensure connect with her local clientele. Her efforts led to a nomination for Woman Entrepreneur of the Year in TIE’s Spirit of Manufacturing Awards in 2016.
