Shradha is a London Institute of Fashion Alumni and is the Co-Chairperson at ASSOCHAM, heading its Bengal and North East India region for over two years. She was also the Young FICCI Ladies Kolkata Chairperson 2015/16. Having dedicated almost a decade of her life to serving humanity, at a relatively early age Shradha founded ‘Prayaas’. ‘Prayaas’ is a voluntary-activities based foundation formed with the purpose of reaching out, promoting inclusiveness, building bridges in society and for creating awareness. Shradha is the recipient of the distinguished FICCI award for outstanding achievement as a jeweler for professional excellence.She has also been conferred with the prestigious Rotary International award for unstinted commitment towards development of underprivileged classes. Shradha has been recently conferred with the Iconic Woman Award by the Women Economic Forum for her activities. Shradha was the youngest awardee to be recognized amongst 14 Women Achievers from across the globe and was conferred with the NRI Achievers’ Award in Bahrain on 06.01.18 Shradha is in the executive committee board at the SAARC Nations South Asia Youth Entrepreneurship Council. She regularly takes part intelevision news debates and panel discussions on vital issues with distinguished achievers from politics, culture, media and arts to address society on the need to bring about dynamism in our existing social structure.
