Shivani Chetty is a South African tech entrepreneur, start-up founder and business coach. Currently she is in India, setting up the Indian branch of her event tech company EventMate, before she jets off to the US to do the same.
Her dream is to create low-cost apps that help small and informal businesses, in second world developing countries, to grow and turn a profit, that helps them in turn to grow and feed their families and communities.
Her purpose is to help people evolve and grow through the guidance of her own life experiences, failures, inner work, wisdom, and knowledge.
She is a Google Africa developer scholar, and an Arizona State University (US) and University of the Witwatersrand graduate (SA). She has also gained recognition through the continent of Africa in various entrepreneurship competitions.
