Shilpa Prasad is the Chief Growth Officer of YouNoodle, where she is responsible for helping YouNoodle scale and expand its presence globally to private and public sectors (corporations & governments) across geographies. She brings a depth of experience in international sales & marketing, partnerships and offers her creative energy and leadership to the company. Born and raised in India, Shilpa moved to the US 8 years ago. A strategic thinker and driven by a strong sense of brand engagement she brings her insightful perspective to adopt innovative solutions that are precise and effective. Shilpa analyzes opportunities and builds the go to market strategy across products, client relations, partnerships, as she charts YouNoodle’s path in the corporate startup engagement sphere. She is also the co-founder of LongPlay Inc an early stage startup that is startups as a service that helps corporations to find & engage with new technologies that are under the radar and right for them. Powered by machine learning, a touch of human intelligence and the unique data flow of startups, LongPlay is designed to change the face of corporate startup engagement by delivering proof of value and subsequently proof of concepts to the corporate world. An avid enthusiast of the startup world and women founders, she also spends her time helping and mentoring startup founders across the globe and volunteers her time with Neythri, a non profit focused on creating a community for South asian women across the world and build a platform for community, mentoring and funding.
