I believe in ‘Full cup’ ideology … My cup needs to be full to fill another’s cup. Learning/Practicing Hindustani Classical music, writing poetry, practicing yoga & mindfulness is what I enjoy & just what keeps my cup full & for this I am timelessly grateful.
